35 minute GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday – Friday

Mornings:

5:30am | 6:15am | 7:00am | 7:45am | 9:30am

Evenings:

5:00pm | 5:45pm | 6:30pm

Weekend Classes

Saturday

8:15 am (8 week promotional time starting sept. 3rd)

9:00 am

IMPORTANT:  Classes begin promptly at their start times so please be mindful of coming in late.  You may be asked to wait or reschedule for another class if the workout has already begun.  Coming in early to stretch before class is recommended and remember to drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout. If it is your first day make sure to come in 15 min early to fill out a registration form.  You will NOT be allowed to workout until this is completed.
