Our Services

Everyone has a personal starting point for their fitness journey. Here at Optimum Body Fitness, we have 2 programs that you can choose from; our high intensity group fitness class, and our advanced strength and conditioning training program. Both are group classes, to help support and push you while being surrounded by like-minded people. Every class you have a certified trainer to help coach you, watch and correct any flaws in your form to prevent injury, and to motivate you. Both programs are built to challenge you in a way to get optimal results while also incorporating techniques of balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and power.

Group Fitness Class

Our group fitness class is a 35 minute interval and circuit training group workout. We start with a 5 minute warm-up, followed by a description of the workout from the trainer. We go over any modifications as well as ways to make it more challenging. Members are broken up into groups and we begin the workout. Since this is a high intensity workout we do move fast, so make sure you go at a comfortable pace for yourself and take any breaks if you need to.

This exercise style is the best way to lose weight and gain lean muscle at the same time, all while keeping the entire workout within 35 minutes. Strength training is more effective than cardio alone to help lose weight, since you are pushing your body harder, while at the same time taking minimal rest periods. Strength and Conditioning

Our advanced strength and conditioning class is for the dedicated. It is one hour long and broken down into three parts. First the class begins with a dynamic warm-up and stretches. Next, the coach goes over the technique of the lift or movement programmed for the day and begins the strength part of the workout. We focus on weightlifting techniques such as clean and jerk, back squats, front squats, deadlifts, bench press, push press, and many more. we also work on techniques such as rope climbs, double unders, box jumps, pull-ups, climbing, and others.

Our 3rd part of the workout is the conditioning phase. This part of the workout will be a timed workout that the coach demonstrates, and your goal is to complete as many rounds as you can or in the quickest time. Each workout is designed to push your entire body each day you come in. Please contact us first if you are interested in trying out one of our classes.
