We are specific in designing programs that challenge your body to work as a whole for head-to-toe fitness. Kevin Shaeffer is a Co-owner and trainer at Optimum Body Fitness. He believes that successful results encompasses a clean diet, a 
healthy lifestyle and time spent training. “With hard work, determination, consistency and
 dedication I GUARANTEE you will reach your fitness goals.”

Philosophy:  “Everyday I push myself a little harder, a little more.  One more rep, a few seconds faster, a few pounds heavier.  Everything counts, the difference in normal and great is created in that moment when you think you can’t go anymore and you keep going anyway.”

Vincent Mojica


Vincent believes the limits we have set in our minds for our bodies are flawed. Our mind is naturally content with mediocrity, it is only when we are challenged we achieve the results we previously could not imagine.  My name is Vinny Mo and I can PROMISE you that I will challenge your mind and help mold your body to its full potential.

Chris trainerChris Shaeffer


Chris Shaeffer is the Operations Manager and Trainer at Optimum Body Fitness. Chris has been involved in exercise since 2005. Playing sports his entire life, he started weightlifting in high school and training in 2011. He specializes in complex lifts, and studies every aspect of fitness to find the “whys.” “I love it, every part of fitness. Every type from sports training, to nutrition, to the gym, to just being active. Being an athlete in high school i’ve always been fascinated with what the human body is able to do. It takes dedication and hard work, there’s no other way around it.”

Philosophy: “If you are willing to become 100% dedicated to an idea, there is nothing that can stop you physically or mentally. My favorite quote from Confucius, “A journey of 1,000 miles starts with one step.”

Anthony Andreoli


Anthony has been involved in fitness for his entire life. He loves to help everyone that he can along their fitness journey, training a wide variety of clients. Anthony loves to make it fun, and always creates fun yet challenging programs to help push you past your limits without even realizing it.

Philosophy: “Your body can do amazing things. Once you stop saying I can’t, and more I can, you will start to active things you never thought you could.”
