Optimum Body Fitness is a fitness facility that offers group fitness classes which fuse traditional calisthenics, plyometrics and body weight exercises with high intensity interval training and strength training. We are dedicated to helping you meet your fitness goals while working out with a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.

Our classes are 35 minutes long and are designed to push all participants harder than they would push themselves while getting results FAST!

All exercises are explained and demonstrated by certified trainers who are there to assist, motivate and modify depending on your fitness level. Our classes are carefully designed so it doesn’t matter whether you are in great shape or just starting out, it can be done.
